What’s included…
Many canines have trouble ‘switching off’, we encourage active rest between training exercises. Your canine is more likely deal with new challenges and environments more effectively if they are used to ‘down time’. During our FOUNDATION SESSIONS, we aim to work on, boundary training, loose-lead walking, recall, getting in and out of vehicles, amongst many more critical canine skills. We encourage the dogs to engage with problem solving skills, we working on improving their confidence, willingness to listen, impulse-control and teach appropriate socialising.
Set your dog up to succeed by enrolling onto our TREK ‘N’ TRAINEE FOUNDATION SESSIONS. TREK ‘N’ TRAINEE groups consist of no more that x4 age appropriate, personality-matched dogs at one time, with a minimum of x2 trainers. This allows each dog to have adequate, individual training whilst the rest of the pack work on stationary activities.
We consistently review progress and tailor training plans to mould weaknesses into strengths. On our shorter treks, we strive to visit the most beautiful, local nature spots, with varying terrain as we actively encourage exploring and adventure – a camera is always handy for those paw-fect photo opportunities! Once our TREK ‘N’ TRAINEES graduate, they are able to join our TREK ‘N’ TRAINER packs with the ‘big boys and girls.’
